What will be the passing percentage for the May 2012 CPA Board Exams? Are we looking at another 40%? Not that there’s something wrong with it, lord knows we need lots of accountants these days owing to the influx of investments targeting the bpo industry. Around 4,500 examinees took the May version of the 2012 CPA Board Exams in various testing centers nationwide. If 40% of the examinees pass, we’re looking at an additional 1,800 CPAs competing for jobs in an already very competitive Philippines job market.
